BEGINNER SKILLS CLINICS

The 6 week beginner skills class focuses on those who are just getting started with their tennis journey.  Fun, exciting, technical and informative are good ways to describe what each hour will be like.  Beginner skills will involve a lot of technique reinforcement on ground strokes volleys and serves.   Students will be able to learn how to perform the perfect swing and understand why the techniques work.  Each class will be focused on drills that lock in techniques and will also have some live ball drills where students can play and compete against each other. 

INTERMEDIATE SKILLS CLINICS

The 6 week intermediate skills class is a class that focuses on the  techniques that are  important to all strokes in the sport as well as a strong focus on point play development.   Singles and doubles strategies will be introduced and practiced often as this class has more of a focus on live ball drills.  Students will learn how to keep score and will be introduced to match play. When a student completes the intermediate skills class they will be a full blown tennis player ready to compete.

In the event of inclement weather, sessions will be moved indoors to Wisehaven Tennis Center
