Windsor Baseball participates in the York County Baseball league. Practices typically begin in mid to late March (weather dependent) and are scheduled twice per week. Games begin in late April/early May. York County Baseball typically schedules 1-2 games per week. Games are usually scheduled during the week, though there may be some weekend games. In most cases, your commitment to the team will be no more than 3 out of the 7 day week. The season lasts through mid to late June for 12U and younger teams and mid-July for 14U and older teams.
In-person jersey try on will take place Monday January 9th from 6-8pm at the Windsor Township Office located at 1480 Windsor Rd Red Lion, PA 17356.
Registration opens Tuesday January 10th.
Registration fee varies per age group (see below). Player jersey is included in registration fee. Hat (same as previous seasons) available for purchase for an additional $10.
Players must provide their own light grey pants, black belt, black socks, cleats, and glove. Players are encouraged to have their own helmet and bat however we will have some for those without.
Each family will be assigned and be responsible for selling 3 Chicken BBQ tickets (unless chose fundraiser buyout). Each ticket costs $10.00 and includes 1/2 Chicken, Baked Potato, Applesauce, and a roll with butter. The Windsor Rec Chicken BBQ will be held May 13th from 11am-1pm (rain or shine). Money from the tickets will be due to your child’s coach no later than April 28th.
Registration Deadline: Thursday February 16th at midnight. Afterwards a $25 late fee will apply and registration will only be taken if we have room.
