'Summer In the Sand' is the coolest camp offered by Windsor Rec. In classic backyard style, participants in the 'Summer In the Sand' Volleyball Camp will meet on the two sand courts at Freysville Park and play. Style of play will be based on the club and high school rules - 6 v 6, rally-scoring, games to 21 - but the hardwood of the indoor courts will be replaced by the cool summer sand. Camp will allow players - boys and girls - to hang out with their friends and 'just play' volleyball. After a few minutes of pepper to warm up, players will be divided into teams to play. Players will be divided by age and teams will be separated equitably for each session. Space is limited. Open to all interested boys and girls in grades 5 through 12 (2022-2023 school year). Participants do not have to be members of the Red Lion Volleyball program to participate.
