Summer 2021 Red Lion “Lady Lion” Basketball Camp

2021 RED LION  “LADY LION” SUMMER BASKETBALL CAMP

Monday June 7th – Thursday June 10th 
Red Lion Area HS   Fitzkee Athletic Center         
8:30 am -12 noon Daily  

Camp Conducted by Head Coach Don Dimoff and Coaching Staff along with current and past members of the Red Lion “Lady Lion” Basketball Team,

GRADES 5 thru 9—ADVANCED SKILLS CAMP
**All players in this age group will focus on the skills and drills needed to participate on the team level.  This will be a fast-paced learning environment and all campers in this age group will participate in “station work” which will help them develop the skills needed to play in and be successful in games.  Game-type situations, different team defenses and offenses, and individual offensive skills such as post moves and perimeter play, which make the offenses successful, will be taught.
 
GRADES 2 thru 4—BASIC FUNDAMENTALS CAMP
** Our younger campers will focus on basic fundamentals such as dribbling, passing, shooting, and the basic concepts of defense.  More attention will be focused on skill development and the campers will work at a pace that allows them to get comfortable with the skills and drills being taught.  Coaches and counselors will focus on the individual attention of each camper.
 
ELIGIBILITY:
The camp is open to all girls entering grades 2 thru 9 (2021-22 School Year) that attend a Red Lion Area School.
 
COST:
The cost per camper will be $70.  This includes a Camp tee shirt, basketball, and awards.
