It's the 'fastest game on two feet' and it's sprinting to town this summer! True to its name, 'Lax Attax Camp' will allow players to show up and attack the goal in a fast-paced, high-scoring, short-field, no equipment (except sticks) version of the fastest game on turf using softer Swax Lax balls. 'Lax Attax Camp' games will be based off the US Lacrosse Flex6 Lacrosse Program (US Lacrosse Flex6 Program). Sticks will be provided for players who do not have their own or are just trying out the game for the first time. Camp will allow players - boys and girls - to hang out with their friends and 'just play' lacrosse. The focus will be on fundamentals and offensive movement. After a brief skill session warm up, players will be divided into teams to play without contact. Players will be divided by age and teams will be separated equitably for each session. Space is limited. Open to all interested boys and girls in grades 2 through 8 (2021-2022 school year). Participants do not have to be members of the Red Lion Lacrosse program to participate.
