FUNdamental Skills
Player to coach ratio is 10 to 1
Players will be taught fundamental skills which include:
1. Proper grip of the stick
2. Proper stance and body positioning
3. Dribbling
4. Ball and stick control
5. Passing/Receiving/Shooting
6. Defensive Tackling/Jabbing
What to bring:
- Players must bring their own field hockey stick (We will have extras for the 1st through 3rd group)
- Players must wear tennis shoes/cleats
- Players must wear shin guards and mouth guards
- Players must bring water bottles
*Balls will be supplied*

- 4-time player of the week in the MAC Conference
- Team MVP and senior all-star selection for MAC conference
- Camp coach/counselor at Rutgers University, Mid Atlantic and Juniata College summer camps
